	 		Ingredients:
Process the pineapple juice, rum, coconut cream, banana and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with the lime. Yield: 1 serving.
	 	
	 	
- 4 oz. pineapple juice
 - 2 oz. white rum
 - 2 oz. coconut cream
 - 1/2 ripe banana, cut into chunks
 - 5 ice cubes
 - 1 lime slice (garnish)
