Spinach Cheese Squares Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1/2 stick butter
• 4 lg. eggs
• 1/4 c. milk
• 1 c. flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 lb. Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
• 1 pkg. fresh spinach, cut and remove spines

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1/2 stick butter in 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Beat eggs and milk well. Stir in flour and baking powder. Gradually mix in spinach and cheese. Pour mixture in the baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
