Quick Liver Pate Recipe

	 		Ingredients:
Mix with a mixer until smooth, form into ball and refrigerate. Roll in parsley or fine nuts and serve with crackers or rye bread. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
	 	
	 	
- 1/2 lb. liver sausage
 - 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
 - 2 tsp. lemon juice
 - 1/4 tsp. salt
 - Dash of pepper
 - 1 med. onion, grated fine
 - 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
