How to Make Banana Cup Cake

This is an example of the butter-type cake which uses the multi-stage method of mixing ingredients. The recipe below is food for 24 pieces of banana cupcakes.

- 300 gm cake flour
- 5 gm baking soda
- 90 gm evaporated milk
- 150 gm brown sugar
- 5 gram baking powder
- 30 gm water
- 300 gm butter
- 3 medium-sized eggs
- 4 medium-sized lakatan bananas
- 3-speed electric mixer
- mixing paddle
- mixing bowl
- rubber scrapper
- fork
- muffin pans
- paper cups
- oven (preheated )
- wooden pick
- Preheat oven to 375°F for 30 minutes.
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, butter and baking soda. A rubber scrapper maybe used to mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Transfer the ingredients to an electric mixer set at speed #1. Mix.
- Gradually add water and evaporated milk. Continue mixing.
- Alternately mix and add the eggs one by one.
- After several minutes, switch the mixer to speed #2.
- Meanwhile, mash the bananas with a fork to prevent discoloration.
- Reset mixer to speed #1.Add he mashed bananas to the batter.
- Switch off the mixer after two minutes. Scrape batter from the sides of the mixing bowl. Mix again.
- Switch off mixer after several rotations.
- If batter has reached a creamy consistency, remove from mixer.
- Line the holes of a muffin pan with paper cups.
- Pour banana cup cake batter into each paper cup to half full level.
- Make sure the cups are tightly packed by shaking the batter-filled paper cups or slightly striking the cup bottom on the palm of your hand.
- Bake for 20 minutes in oven. Test with the use of a tiny wooden pick or toothpick inserted in center of cup cake.
- Remove the cup cakes from the oven and the muffin tray. Cool.
