Choco-Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
Procedure
- 2/3 cup shortening such as butter or margarine
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4-1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

Procedure
- In large mixing bowl, cream the shortening by using a wooden or electric mixer. Slowly add the sugar. Beat in the eggs. Add the sour cream and vanilla.
- Beat the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated. Set aside. This is the creamed mixture.
- In a big bowl, thoroughly mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. This is the flour mixture.
- Slowly add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture.
- Stir in mini-chocolate chips. Set aside.
- Grease cooking sheets with lard or oil. Drop by teaspoonful on the greased cookie sheets.
- Make certain there is 1 inch distance for each cookie. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes. Cool on wire rack. One recipe will yield 3-4 dozens of cookies.
