Mama's Deligth No-Bake Pastry

Mama's delight is a kind of pastry that is similar to sans rival except that it does not require any baking.Ingredients:
A. Pastry:
- 2 or 3 cans of condensed milk
- 400 gm or 1 small can of crushed biscuits
- 1 cup of chopped nuts
B. Butter Icing:
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups refined sugar
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
Equipment:
- electric mixer
- rolling pin
- large bowl
- plastic sheet or wax paper
- rubber scrapper
- cake decorator
- 1 pc rectangular doily
A. Butter Icing
- Beat the butter with an electric mixer. Add the milk alternately with the powdered sugar.
- Beat until the desired consistency is achieve. Chill until ready to use.
B. Pastry
- In a big bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Place part of the mixture on a plastic sheet or wax paper. Cover it with another plastic sheet.
- Roll the mixture until 1/4 inch thick by using a rolling pin.
- Shape into rectangle. Transfer to a flat container with the rectangular doily.
- Spread butter icing n the cake then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Make two more layers of pastry. Spread with butter icing and sprinkle each layer with chopped nuts.
- Cover the entire pastry with butter icing. Decorate the pastry with butter icing by using cake decorator. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
