- 1 or 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 4 or 5 medium potatoes
- 1 med. onion
- 1 sm. green pepper or 1/2 of lg. pepper
- 1 sm. stalk celery
Slightly brown hamburger in skillet. (Cook separately.) (Diced potatoes, cook onion, green celery together.) (Pour off excess grease from browned hamburger.) Add to hamburger. Then add enough water to make sure potatoes done. Seasons with salt and pepper to taste.
