Loch Ness Oyster Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lg. can tomatoes, drained and finely cut up
  • 1 green pepper, finely cut
  • 1 onion, finely cut
  • 1 sm. can cove oysters, drained and cut in half
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vinegar - enough to cover above
  • Saltine crackers
Directions:

Mix ingredients (except saltine crackers). Cover with vinegar and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Use a fork to dip oyster onto saltine cracker.
