- 1 lg. can tomatoes, drained and finely cut up
- 1 green pepper, finely cut
- 1 onion, finely cut
- 1 sm. can cove oysters, drained and cut in half
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vinegar - enough to cover above
- Saltine crackers
Mix ingredients (except saltine crackers). Cover with vinegar and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Use a fork to dip oyster onto saltine cracker.
