Coon Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 lb. Coon cheese (or any sharp cheddar), grated
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
Directions:

Mix together; roll in small balls and freeze. Cook frozen at 325-350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
