Hot Artichoke Dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp. chopped green onion or parsley
Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 1 1/2 quart casserole or quiche dish, combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly. Serve hot with crackers. Serves 8-10.
