Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 500 g ground pork
- 2 med onions, chopped
- 2 T garlic, chopped
- 1 small carrot, diced
- 1 red pepper
- 100 g bread crumbs
- 100 g cheddar cheese, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 100 g chorizo de bilbao, sliced
- 100 g Vienna sausage, sliced
- salt and pepper
- Beat eggs. Add pork, onions, garlic, carrot, red pepper bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Cut 4 pieces of Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil to 18 inch lengths. Spread the mixture on each of the aluminum foil.
- Across the middle of the spread mixture, vertically add the cheese, hard boiled eggs, chorizo de bilbao and Vienna sausage.
- Roll the mixture and fillings together Seal the aluminum foil tightly.
- Steam the rolls on medium heat for 45 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
