Fruity Christmas Salad

Ingredients:
Procedure
Chill Alaska Crema (for at least two hours), drained canned fruits and fresh fruits until ready for use. In a pan, blend syrup, sugar, and cinnamon and bring to a boil until sugar is completely dissolved Thicken with cornstarch dispersed in 1/4 cup water.
Turn off fire and blend in chilled All-Purpose Cream until well mixed. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Toss in prepared fruits and chill until ready to serve. Top with more All-Purpose Cream before serving. Serves 12 to 15.
- 1 can fruit cocktail, drained and reserve 2/3 cup syrup
- 1 can mandarin orange, drained
- 2 pcs red apples, cored and diced
- 150 gms red seedless grapes, washed
- 150 gms green seedless grapes, washed
- 2 pcs kiwi fruit, pared and sliced
- 2/3 cup fruit cocktail syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 packs All-Purpose Cream
