Paksiw na Hasa-hasa

Ingredients:
>1/2 kilo hasa-hasa, cleaned and gutted
>5 cloves garlic, bruised
>1 inch ginger, crushed
>1/2 cup vinegar
>2 tsps salt
>water


Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Let simmer until fish is done.
