Ingredients:
- eggplant/onggan/sa sauce from Eggplant-Longganisa Pasta
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 medium carrot, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 can Vienna sausage, sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine the first five ingredients and boil.
- When vegetables are cooked, add the remaining ingredients and boil. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Serve with your favorite bread.
