Dill-Baked Salmon

The weekend is here! Reward yourself and cap the week with an impressive fish dish that takes no time and effort to prepare.

Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 1/2 cup store-bought ranch dressing 
  •  1/2 cup mayonnaise 
  • 3 teaspoons dill, roughly chopped 
  • juice of half a lemon 
  • salt and pepper to taste 
  • dill leaves for garnish
Procedure
  1.  Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2.  In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, mayonnaise, dill, and lemon juice until well blended. Set aside.
  3.  Season salmon steaks, then spread mayonnaise mixture on top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Garnish with dill.
