Ingredients:
- 4 salmon steaks
- 1/2 cup store-bought ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoons dill, roughly chopped
- juice of half a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- dill leaves for garnish
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, mayonnaise, dill, and lemon juice until well blended. Set aside.
- Season salmon steaks, then spread mayonnaise mixture on top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Garnish with dill.
