Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/4 kilo sukiyaki-cut beef
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pre-packed beef and herb gravy mix
- 5 tablespoons cheese spread
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 six-inch baguettes or 6 pandesal
- In a pan. cook beef in oil until brown. Set aside.
- Place onions and bell peppers in the same pan. Cook until onions are slightly caramelized. Mix gravy and cheese until well blended. Pour in pan with meat. Stir in peas.
- Place in freezer containers and keep for at most a week. Reheat in a pan or microwave. Put in warm buns.
