Zesty Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 c. pimiento
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
Directions:

Boil eggs. Let cool. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and put in bowl. Place whites on a serving tray. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, pickles and pimiento. If mixture is too stiff, pour some juice off of the pickles. Sprinkle a dash of cayenne pepper in and stir. Fill whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
