- 1/2 c. water (add to skillet)
- 1 pkg. Butterball smoked turkey sausage (use one link for recipe)-sliced
- Sliced cabbage (heap on, cooks down)
- 2 med. potatoes, wash, sliced with skins
- Onion, salt & pepper to taste
- 3 pats margarine on top
Cover the skillet and simmer for about 20 minutes. (Until potatoes are fork tender.) Turn vegetables and meat occasionally to avoid sticking.
