Pickled Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. Mostacalli noodles
  • Yellow food coloring
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 med. cucumber, unpeeled & sliced very thin
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
Directions:

Cook noodles as directed with a few drops of yellow food coloring. Rinse with cold water. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over noodles. Refrigerate and stir once. These are best if they set for a day. In Memory of My Mom Franny Stobbe
