Mushroom Treats Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. sweet butter or margarine
  • 2 c. finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. dried dill or 1 tbsp. snipped fresh dill
  • 1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
  • 48 Ritz crackers
Directions:

In frying pan over medium heat, melt margarine. Add mushrooms and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add dill and mix thoroughly. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mushroom mixture on each cracker. Top with a dab of yogurt and a dill sprig. Serve immediately.
