Jewish Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. wide noodles
  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
Ingredients:

Cook noodles, drain. Mix margarine into noodles. Add other ingredients. Put into greased 14 x 10 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm.
