- 2-3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 jar Durkee sandwich spread
- Louisiana Hot Sauce (to taste)
- 2 eggs
- Flour
Season chicken wings; set aside. In separate bowl, beat eggs and set aside. Dip wings in egg mixture then flour. Fry wings until brown or done to your taste. Place done wings in baking dish. In separate bowl, mix Durkee sandwich spread and Louisiana Hot Sauce (approximately 1/4 cup). Pour over cooked wings. Cover with foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook for 25 minutes. Better than those served at Sybergs! Note: Season the chicken wings with garlic, salt and pepper.
