- 1 pkg. Club crackers (usually 3 or 4 pkgs. in a box)
- 4 oz. sliced almonds
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stick oleo
- 2/3 c. white sugar
Spray jellyroll pan (or cookie sheet) with Pam. Put 1 layer of Club House crackers (1 package) on cookie sheet or pan. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bring butter, oleo and sugar to a rolling boil and pour over the crackers covered with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Remove from pan. Put onto another cookie sheet or waxed paper.
