Braunschweiger Ball Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Braunschweiger
• 1/2 c. chili sauce
• 2 tsp. horseradish
• 8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:

Mix together well, shape into a ball. Cover with cream cheese. Note: Cream cheese may be thinned with mayonnaise.
