Ingredients:
Procedure:
- 500g. white chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- a cup of walnuts, chopped
- 5 cups colored mini mallows
- a cup of desiccated coconut
- a cup of crushed cornflakes
- chocolate syrup
Procedure:
- In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate with butter until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly
- In a bowl, combine walnuts and marshmallows. Pour in melted white chocolate and mix to completely coat the mallows and nuts w/ the chocolate.
- Shape into balls. Then, roll in desiccated coconut or crushed cornfakes.
- Put in paper cups. Chill until set. Drizzle lightly w/chocolate syrup before serving
