Ingredients:
> can (15oz) cannellini or navy beans, rinsed & drained
>4 oz feta cheese
>1 container (7oz) Greek-style yogurt
>1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
>1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
>salt and pepper
Procedure:
1. In a food processor, puree beans, feta, yogurt & lemon juice until smooth. Transfer to a
bowl; stir in dill. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Serve immediately or store in a covered container in a refrigerator for week.
