Makes about a cup
Ingredients:
>1/2 cup soy sauce
>3 scallions, thinly sliced
>a good pinch of red pepper flakes
Procedure:
1. In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Add 1/4 cup + 2 tbsps water. Serve on the
side with steamed dumplings. Or, refrigerate sauce in an airtight container up to 4 days.
