Camote Halaya Recipe

Ingredients:
- ½ kg camote
- ½ kg sugar
- 1 head coconut
- malagkit or marshmallow
- vanilla
- ¼ dairy cream
Procedure:
- Boil camote until cooked, then mash ( pitpitin ).
- Mix all ingredients in a pan.
- Cook in low fire until sticky.
- Slice and serve.
