Simple Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lg. can red salmon
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
1 or 2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Direction:
Remove bones from salmon. Mix all ingredients well. Cover and chill a few hours to blend flavors. Serve on fresh homemade bread or crackers.
