- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Ranch dressing
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Raw carrots, chopped
- Cauliflower, raw and chopped
- Broccoli, chopped
- Green peppers, chopped
- Fresh raw mushrooms, chopped
Spread crescent rolls in pan or cookie sheet. Brush egg over the top of rolls. Bake according to crescent roll directions. Mix together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, Ranch dressing, garlic powder and green onions. Spread mixture on cooled crust. Put chopped carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green pepper and fresh mushrooms on top.
