Vanilla Peanut Butter Surpremes

Ingredients:

• 100 single square saltine crackers
• 1 sm. jar peanut butter
• About 2 1/2 c. sweet white chocolate

Directions:

Spread peanut butter between two saltines as to make a sandwich. Melt chocolate in microwave. Dip saltine sandwich in chocolate. Cool until set.
