Salmon Ball Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 1/4 oz.) can salmon, drained & bones removed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. dill (preferably fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • Table water crackers
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and form into a ball. Refrigerate for several hours so flavors blend. Can be rolled in finely chopped nuts or garnished with parsley if desired. Serve with crackers.
