Mock Sweetbreads Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. ground pork
• 1 lb. ground veal
• 1 1/2 c. soda crackers
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 egg

Directions:

Indent and pour milk over until it soaks in. Make meatballs; brown. Pour mushroom soup and a little water over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
