- 1 tbsp. gelatin
- 1/4 c. wine
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. cocktail sauce
- 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans sm. shrimp
Soften gelatin in wine. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve gelatin. Add lemon juice and cocktail sauce. Pour into 9 inch pan and arrange shrimp in rows. Allow to get until firm. Serve on crackers.
