Cocktail Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell
  • 1 can crabmeat
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. natural Kraft Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
Directions:

Mix together mayonnaise, flour, eggs, and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into partially cooked frozen pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden.
