- 3 lg. eggs
- 1/2 lb. cooked & drained ground pork or beef
- 8 strips cooked, drained & crumbled bacon
- 1/4 lb. cooked, chopped ham
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 (9") unbaked pie shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add other ingredients. Stir. Pour into pie shells. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
