Cheeseball Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Tobasco sauce to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 grated onion
  • 2 green chilies, minced
  • 1/2 to 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Nuts and pecans, chopped
Procedure:

Mix cream cheese with all other ingredients. Form into a ball and roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.
